WE ARE FILING!!!

I received notification this afternoon that the Vietnamese government released all of our paperwork, as well as many others from our province. Now our agency has to finish processing everything and they expect it to be filed with the US Embassy NEXT WEEK!!! That means that we should be acknowledged around the 1st of the year.

As I had thought, with the coming holidays (including Tet), the earliest we could travel will be February. We will be expecting a request from our govenment for a DNA test to be done. This procress seems to have hit its groove now and is working well. It will take at least a month though.

My new goal is to be HOME by his 1st birthday in March. I have learned that nothing is known in this process, but I really think this could happen!!
